Yvette Huyghue-Pannell

Yvette Huyghue-Pannell has been with the Town of Bloomfield since 1985, starting as a Recreation Coordinator for seniors and becoming Director of Senior Services in 1992. Under her leadership, the department expanded transportation programs, enhanced health and wellness offerings, and achieved national accreditation in 2004. Notably, the travel program has taken participants to four of the seven continents. Yvette holds a Bachelor’s in Therapeutic Recreation from Lincoln University and a master’s in human development and gerontology from the University of Saint Joseph.
