A Little Help From Our Friends

AgingCT recognizes the support and partnership of the State Unit on Aging, the Department of Aging and Disability Services, the Department of Social Services, MyPlaceCT, the Center for Medicare Advocacy, the Monsignor Thomas M. Barry Fund (TMB, LLC) and the entire aging network of community providers, resident service coordinators, municipal agents and senior center directors. We acknowledge, with deep gratitude, the ground-breaking support from Point32 Health Foundation.

Advocacy

AgingCT, Connecticut’s five regional Area Agencies on Aging, is a membership association dedicated to improving the quality of life and independence for older persons and persons with disabilities. AgingCT represents individuals in every Connecticut City and Town and is the “point of entry” for older adults and caregivers in need of assistance to navigate and enroll in local, State and Federal support services. AgingCT develops an annual legislative agenda to support older residents of Connecticut.
