Laurie McElwee, the South Central Regional Mobility Manager with The Kennedy Collective and Connecticut Department of Transportation, has been instrumental for ten years in addressing transportation gaps for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and veterans across Connecticut. Her dedicated service has earned her widespread gratitude from those she assists. Laurie actively collaborates with non-profits and social services, serving on boards such as the Executive Board of Senior Resources and the Advisory Board of River Valley Transit. She contributes to mobility studies and is a sought-after speaker on regional mobility programs.
