Kelly McDermott

Kelly McDermott is a dedicated advocate for housing opportunities, with a successful track record in managing and directing administrative and operational departments. She has expertise in driving change in complex programs and implementing projects funded by federal, state, and local sources. Kelly has held various leadership positions in housing authorities and municipalities and was named Developer of the Year by the CT Housing Coalition in 2015. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Central CT State University and has been recognized for her volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity.
