Arlene Lugo

Arlene Lugo, ATP, is the Program Director for the Connecticut Tech Act Project and an Assistive Technology Consultant for the Connecticut Bureau of Rehabilitation Services (BRS), both part of the State Department on Aging and Disability Services. With over 20 years at BRS, she started as a sign language interpreter before transitioning to Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor. Since 2006, as Program Director, Arlene has been dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities access Assistive Technology for education, employment, home, and community integration.
