Gary Sekorski

Gary Sekorski is a life-long Connecticut resident, sports advocate and youth coach and is focused on fostering meaningful intergenerational friendships and ‘giving back’ to make a difference. He has actively mentored school aged children and young adults in the West Hartford, CT public school system for more than a decade. Gary Sekorski, BS, MS, is the Co-founder and COO of For All Ages, a Connecticut nonprofit dedicated to connecting generations to combat loneliness, reduce ageism, and improve health. He also co-leads The CT Collaborative to End Loneliness. With over 30 years of experience in technical, program management, and sales roles with national and global corporations, Gary recognizes the value of human connection for enhancing health and well-being. He advocates for leveraging the assets of aging to promote kindness, caring, and knowledge transfer. Gary creates programs and events fostering social connections and speaks on intergenerational relationships and social health. A lifelong Connecticut resident, sports advocate, and youth coach, he has mentored school-aged children and young adults in West Hartford, CT, for over a decade.
