Eric Protulis

Eric Protulis is a lifelong learner with 26 years of experience in education. Currently, he serves as the Executive Director of EASTCONN, a quasi-governmental non-profit agency and one of six Regional Educational Service Centers (RESC) in Connecticut. EASTCONN addresses community needs for learners of all ages across 32 towns, offering services such as magnet and specialized schools, transportation, technology solutions, food services, early childhood programs, and adult education. Eric began his career as a school psychologist and has worked in various educational settings, including the Department of Corrections and public schools. He also served as a Pupil Services Director for public schools and RESCs before rejoining EASTCONN in July 2022. Eric is dedicated to creating solutions that benefit individuals at both personal and systemic levels.
