In-Home Care
We support clients’ independence at home by connecting them with private home care, Medicaid waivers, Connecticut First Choice (CFC), My Care Options
(MCO), and Money Follows the Person (MFP).
Medicare & Supplemental Insurance Guidance
Providing expert, unbiased counseling for Medicare and supplemental insurance, designed to maximize benefits and support healthy aging.
Care Supports & Respite Services
Alzheimer’s Disease and caregiver supports and services to relieve stress and burden, while adding information and training for caregivers.
Health, Wellness & Nutrition
Evidence-based interventions such as chronic disease management, better balance education, exercise, and home and community-based meals.

Medicare Savings Programs (MSP) help to pay some of the out-of-pocket costs of Medicare that can result in substantial savings for eligible Medicare participants. In Connecticut, the Department of Social Services (DSS) administers three MSPs:
